They are not really inverted if you leave AI on standard and you change the player to reduced or increased, they actually work as suppose to.
if you change AI stuff it gets messy but not as straight forward as saying they are inverted something else is going on that mess it all up no idea exactly how or why

Year for year I turned on increased XP for my team and decreased for CPU and was wondering why the CPU teams developed so fast (especially McLaren) even though I put them on reduced rate. If this is really true. Codemasters need to get fired. What an incredibly lousy job.
Can confirm that when I had resource points (AI) set to increased and my own set to reduced, I had an available 810 research points available through practice programs. Setting both back to normal dropped it to 670.
There isn't a single aspect to this game that doesn't have an associated bug.
- ScarDuck143 years agoLegend@AquaOrenji The worrying thing is. How can Career modes have a load off different bugs from last year when next to nothing has been changed 🤷🏻♂️😂

So it's not as simple as having both AI and player in reduced? Is it only present if one of the settings is different or is it literally just that reduced and increased are the wrong way round?
It would certainly explain why AI still developed fast in 22 as well as I always set everything to reduced.
I usually leave AI to standard just for safety because I did try to reduce for me and increase AI and I was getting too much RD (not sure about money or XP)
so I really can't tell if the bug is only on RD, especially in the practice program or even from facilities
What I can say is that if you leave AI all standard and you get all reduced, it seems to work correctly. any other combination is a gamble :P
