    @ROM_BFord Bingo!!! Shout out to my mate drazzy for this one. We ent into the files of the EA Desktop then cleared the cache and the went back into the files and did the EA updater and that’s has solved the problem. Any questions please put them in here. I’m so so relieved

@SUPROVY Ok so in your files go to (This PC) then (Local Files) Then (Program Files) Then (Electronic Arts) Then (EA Desktop) Then (EA Desktop) Again then (App Recovery).once you have done all that do the (EA Updater) then you should good to go. I hope that was clear enough👍
