Re: EA Play - 5 hour trial

Hey,

Can't comment if it's the same for everyone as I never subscribed to EA Play, but Career mode is the same as that of F1 22.

You should indeed try F1 World for yourself to see if it pleases you, but odds are you won't like it either. @ScarDuck14 can give you a rundown of the game mode, but basically it's an unbalanced service mode with loot boxes and artificial racing.

The meat and potatoes of this game are the handling model. Or Braking Point if you fancy story modes like those and the story hooks you. Just that.

Yeah F1 World was the mode I wanted to check out, as My Team has got stale last couple of years.

I’m just surprised that I’ve not got the full game with the 5 hour trial. Unless I have and I’m just not connecting to the online content properly. Or I’ve downloaded the wrong version.

    What system are you on?

On xbox i got the full game when installing the trial im pretty sure on playstation i got the watered down version.

  • I’m on PS5.

Downloaded the 10 hour trial of EAFC 24 today, and that is the full version with every mode. So seems strange F1 23 is only select parts.

Add to that Braking Point has no more access after 3 races, and My Team stops after 1 race!

So now all I can do for the last 3 hours of the trial is a Grand Prix at Silverstone. That’s it.

Not exactly enticing me to buy the Full Version!
