@RyKnocks ERS in the game is automatically deployed during qualifying using the 'Hotlap' option, which deploys the battery throughout the lap. You're meant to keep it on the whole lap. However, during the race, ERS is manually deployed using the 'Overtake' option (which is the only option since battery deployment levels were removed in F1 2020).
