Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider?
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) install game with code 2) play Ea play trial version after installing 3)Game code won't be recognised anymore
What happens when the bug occurs? Game cannot be played, have to buy it again
What do you expect to see? Normally it should just start even after playing throught the trial because i activated code to my account

Hey guys,

i cannot play F1 23 anymore because of the activation code or something not being recognised. I activated the code from the copy i bought, then just played it fine. After 5 hours it said my EA play trial had ended. After trying to restart the game it said i now have to buy it even though i activated the code for the Champions Edition. Now if i try to enter the code again it says it has already been redeemed and now i can't even play even though i bought the game🤨
