@Craigyb5005 I’ve been in multiple chats at least one a day and all they’ve said is they’re investigating the issue and hoping it gets fixed soon. Same message everyday
- @spinninggorilla6 And that is from their helpdesk team, who aren't the people fixing it and are just giving the company line.

@PengaLenguin92 I agree completely when I was in the chat I tried pressing them to go and get details about the issues but wouldn’t give me any specifics only the same default pointless message.
i think we all should come as one and take action. this is robbery.
- @Tigerbalboa I know that some people are looking at legal options and seeking advice at the moment with the intention of doing something.
Not surprising really with the lack of interaction or any sincerity shown to a lot of people who paid more to access it early and still can't play well after launch now. Would be good to see EA pull their head out of the sand and be seen by their customers. - @PengaLenguin92 We might even take this to court if they take longer than 2 weeks. I might even go as far as to lend money from the bank for this.
this is by far the most disgusting thing ive seen in video games. this is fraud. im gonna leave it until monday and if nothing updated then ill be contacting my very successful solicitor.
Well leave it till wednesday, then it's been a week. You'll have more ground than on monday. It is really bad though that this is happening tbh.

Don't want to be a party proper but won't even make it to court - if you look at legal disclosures they state about 3rd party websites no offence you would honestly be laughed at BUT if you did buy straight from EA then yeah take em down
From a legal stand point EA have no ground whatsoever, even if they try the 3rd party website excuse. Once you have redeemed a product code and it's in your library, they are not allowed to remove said product and especially without emails notifying you first and giving reasons etc.
The fact that the community managers on here went silent is they know EA are trying to teach people a lesson and could turn it back on whenever they like but of course can't tell you that. Plus they have literally so many damn bugs with this game just looking on the forum, it's another shoddy AAA * show like star wars!!
Also see below the response from my email to them asking why the game has gone from my library. I also asked why the ability to chat with an advisor was greyed out for me.

- Apologies but we are not able to make any changes in the game as you have purchased the game from a retailer. I as an adviser never feel good at heart if the answer to any player has to be a 'no' but sometimes we are bound or held back by the unavailability of the options on our end.Sachin00:30

- @Craigyb5005 This is probably the case, but UK law such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and others take precedent regardless of what the company has put internally (ie. They cannot waive these rights through their terms). This is why a product that gives you 3 months warranty is actually covered for a lot longer under the Consumer Rights Act. I still think it will be a stretch and I hope EA just gets their act together but there is a legal route where it doesn't matter where we bought it from, especially as the key worked and EA has accepted they are at fault and accepting liability when answering peoples queries as opposed to the 3rd party retailer or the customer that people have screenshot and saved.
my friend just been in touch with EA and they told him to rebuy the game again on EA. like bro, really? disgusting. which he stated to them after what just happend theres no way EA deserve his money now. they know what there doing by the looks of it and there definitely reading these posts and saying nothing.

@EA_rephii People are getting riled up here because your coding team is not giving regular updates on the issue like other companies would do.
- @Craigyb5005 Tip, don't force them that hard. Give them atleast 3-4 days more to make it a week.
We would not be laughed at because the game WORKED. People could play until EA got a problem. Plus it is not only on key products, it is also on EA products.
