I prefer it , it gives it more atmosphere in my opinion,
I really liked the way 2010 looked and felt it was a pity they ditched it.

Just install reshade and its done
Would changing your TVs colour tone work? Like from warm to normal or cool possibly? Maybe even tweaking the tint of the screen if your TV has that option.

Firstly if you have any settings on your tv display set to low/med/high/auto id turn them off. Then try different colour temperature settings.
