Try clearing the cache for the EA App with the instructions here.

    I would suggest a full uninstall / reinstall, obviously screenshot any setups or controller configs as they are not saved. Any podium pass or online services stats should be retained when you log back into your game with your EA account at the appropriate point.

    Another question if I may (for data gathering) is the game installed to a location other than the primary drive? (i.e. not on C: or on any removable media? Be careful to check hard drives are not listed as removable - use USB tray icon, if they are listed as removable, this may be a configuration issue)

    Thanks for sharing that. It's important to see the resolution is something unexpected, yet still possible. 

    I recommend name brands with a monitoring software tool, such as (in no particular order, other brands available); Samsung, WD, Corsair, Crucial (Lexar). 

    If you must go SATA SSD then I have good reliability with Samsung, Integral, Patriot, Sandisk, Crucial (Lexar).

    Failures with SiliconPower, Kingston, Gigabyte.

    Avoid Amazon Chinese no name, they often lack DRAM.
