Late last week, Thrustmaster issued a firmware update to address the Force Feedback issues persisting on their devices. This also addresses the problem when pressing 'Alt+Tab' in F1® 23.
Please search for your device here: https://support.thrustmaster.com/en/cat-wheels-en/ and update your drivers as per the instructions on the website.

After a few Rounds the FFB is lost again
Its not a new FW-Version but Driver. After the Update there should be a newer Version Displayed in your Settings:
The driver update worked for me (T300-RS with LCM pedals) and fixed the followng issues:
1) No FFB after initial game start (only after starting the TM Control Panel and forcing a test FFB action)
2) No FFB after Alt-Tab (workaround by same Control Panel method)
Now, with the new driver, the FFB is there from the start and does not fail after using another program. :-)
I never had the problem that FFB went away after a few laps, so I cannot comment on that.

To me that sounds more like the well known temperature issue with the t300
Solutions: set lower FFB, force fan mode or go straight to the fan mod/replacement
It still not working since i have already version 16. please help.
