Re: Ghosting/speed line artifacts when using TV Pod Offset and particles enabled

Found another occurrence of this type of artifact, this time it isn't during a night race, but during Silverstone, rainy conditions and while driving an F1 car.

So the issue seem to be larger than I initially thought. and might be tied to the camera "TV Pod Offset", perhaps it is particle effects or motion blur being calculated at an erroneous angle?

I have only been able to narrow it down partially, this seem to only happen when TV Pod Offset camera being used and not other camera angles.

Edit: I have now been able to narrow further, it only occurs when particle effects are enabled (low, medium or high), and when using the TV Pod Offset camera.

Edit2: Captured the differences between particles on vs off during wet races.

@RemWal96 Did you customize the TV Pod Offset or are you using any other specific settings that might narrow it down?

@RemWal96 I made the same findings, at least we know that this is an issue that is occurring on PC and PS5 now.
