No? Strange. So which AMD driver exactly? Just wondering if I can check it separately (not via dxdiag). Do you mean what is the version of some amd driver?

AMD Processor with Radeon Graphics in your dxdiag.
No Radeon driver installed in the dxdiag.
Try start here https://www.amd.com/en/support
 Driver installed just in case from the link you gave. Then what?

I saw your processor was with graphics, are the graphics not enabled?
The suggestion was in case the driver was missing and causing the issue.
Hybrid systems can be harder to troubleshoot. Seek advice from your system integrator.
