For any FFB issues for Thrustmaster wheels, you would need to update the firmware of the wheel.
That can be done, by connecting your wheel to a PC and downloading the firmware update from the Thrustmaster Website:

@Fantasquashthankyou mate, say it louder so they hear you in the back, i've been trying to tell them its got nothing to do with drivers but they just won't listen....ITS THE GAME.
It actually boils my blood that they're patting their selves on the back thinking this solves it when it doesn't whatsoever.
I have the same problem!
Everything is updated en quick resume is of every time when I start the game.
After several laps, sometimes 10, sometimes 20, FFB stops on my Thrustmaster TS-XW!
I just played after the patch was updated for over 1,5 hours without the FFB dropping off. Too early to make any conclusion of that though.

Earlier I removed the quick resume (did not make any difference to the FFB) but sometimes it is there again.
Lucky you I have had zero FFB at any time
I have done all of the above but still nothing. This is so frustrating!
