Why would you say it's not worth going past 3-4 seasons? Genuinely curious since this is my first F1 game.

@GrumpsMcDumps a few reasons.
- It gets tedious
- Come season 3, your car upgrades will potentially break your handling by making the performance unbalanced
- The progression is shallow. Both the R&D and the team management are lackluster
- Second driver and team facilities mechanics will potentially break your immersion by making drivers perform out of the expected parameters
- No meaningful events to spice things up, making the season to season progress bland. Cars don't change as well so apart from your own custom livery and performance there's nothing to distinguish one season from the other
- No race strategy or tactics that you could expect as the owner and driver of a new F1 team. The racing will be the same as that of any other game mode
- It is pretty much the same mode that debuted on F1 2020, so we've been playing it in a rinse and repeat for 3 years now.
- Bugs.
Those are my own. @ScarDuck14 may disagree with them or have some of his own.

By end of season 3. Even if you start a my team career and nerf yourself. Your car will be fully maxed out. You should have won’t both titles by then. Pius if you upgrade your car to where you have a clear advantage other the Ai teams. You’ll want to increase Ai difficulty to the other Ai teams give you some measure of competition. However what will then happen assuming you have a Good teammate. He will drive off into the distance and pretty much win every race.
I watched Jarno Opmeer (2 time world E-Sports Champion). My team videos last year or year before. He made Michael Schumacher his teammate. Jarno beats 110ai last to first most off the time. Even he couldn’t stop Schumacher.
I play over 700 hours of career modes every year. Corne end season 3 i start over.
