Want to add to this, i turned off my telemetry from game, and played 3 hours without closing my game at any point, and didn't get disconnected. So seems like there might be some issue in telemetry settings.

Is it just Broadcast mode being OFF because the Telemetry itself is perfectly usable AFAIK
