    Hi folks,

this is still being investigated by the Codemasters team. Could it be that just the Wet weather display icon is broken? Do you still get some rain during other races?

@EA_Vendcera It's not just the display icon, the events are actually titled Wet Weather GP's or Advanced driving (Wet) but when you're doing them it's always sunny. If they were just called GP's or advance driving, we wouldn't point it out. But they have got wet in the titles, so one would expect some rain.

    Hi guys.

I have my own thread about this issue, but i'm posting here because it's the most active one at this moment.

    @EA_Vendcera

I think the whole issue with bonedry events even when it states it's a wet race, is the following:

As you can see, it clearly states a Wet race. Now when you advance to this event, you can proceed to change difficulty etc. but you can also enter the 'Weather and Time of Day' option. Although you cannot change this because it's pre-set, the problem is that it's locked to 'Dry' as you can see on the image:

Correct me if i'm wrong but I firmly believe this is the whole issue causing dry races on wet events.

Can you please pass this on to the devs to verify and fix?

    Many thanks.

I've done 3 "Wet Weather GP's" today, all bone dry.

  • @EA_Vendcera

Are you awake? If so, then respond to my earlier post.

Get this to the dev's and fix it asap. This is taking you guys way too long.

And can i also remember you that this bug is still not on the known issues list? Make sure it does now.

Why this huge F1 world issue is not even in the official bug list ?

So the new patch didn't fix it.

Maybe we can expect a fix by Christmas?

No rain again this week. But according to the community raised issues it will hopefully (fingers crossed) be fixed in the next patch,

  • Good to see it's finally on the list now and being worked on.

I'm wondering what the actual cause of the issue was...

Upcoming patch, not necessarily the next. It is in the CRI thread....

    ⏳ AWAITING PATCH ⏳

A fix/adjustment has been made and will be issued in a future patch.

    ....just managing expectation.

We didn't even need to wait for the patch. We have water!
