@ScarDuck14 The performance patch has always been released within a month of the game's release. And not along with sports update.

@gladystonff93 Yet it’s not been released. With only Red bull showing consistency this season. They won’t be so quick to change the other team’s performance. As they are all up and down. So makes sense to release it later in the games cycle

@gladystonff93 Nope theres been a couple of times since 2017 when the performance patch was later. Also as ScarDuck said its not easy if the performance ranking changes every race..

Don't even think we really need one this year to be honest. Only Mclaren have shown big progress and that reflects in career mode already since their upgrades are cheaper and their facilities are higher. I've just finished Canada and Norris qualified P4 and Piastri finished P3 on merit on 100% distance so they seem to reflect the real season pretty well already.

The only changes that should be made in my opinion is to make all teams "full potential" a lot closer so that it can give a chance for other teams to hit the front more often. As it is it's nearly impossible for Williams, for example, to ever get near the front.

Only other change id make is buff Aston Martin's base performance but slightly nerf a couple of their upgrades so their mid/late game is the same as now but should allow them to fight for podiums at the start of season one like they should be. As it is, Alonso struggles to get higher than P7 and is barely beating Norris right from the start.

If they buff Mclaren's base performance they'll end up breaking them like they did last year.

2022 game Mclaren ended up being massively overpowered, winning races midway through season one and dominating most seasons past season 3.
