Summarize your bug Entering the pits at Spain with the pit lane limiter on, the pit lane speeding warning message will flicker between green and red. Thinking I was going too fast, I slowed to almost a complete stop, but the issue didn't change. You have no idea if you're going too fast or not. There was also a safety car at the time, I have no idea if this is part of the problem.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter the pits at Spain during a race (try both normal pace and under safety car).
What happens when the bug occurs? The pit lane speed warning message will flick between Green and Red, even though you're at a legal speed.
What do you expect to see? The pit lane speed warning message to correctly show if you're under the pit lane speed limit or not.
