@A40lbLobster It levels up all cars' tyre temps after the pit stop is made. Usually, those cars' boxes that are placed right after the pit entry will eventually drop tyre temps when going through the pit lane after the pit stop. While Williams' cars will not have this drop since their pit boxes are at the very end of the pit lane.

    @Blackbird90 Actually the balance should have lifted the other way around with this years game as the hot brakes will warm the early pit tyres more till the pit exit than the late pit cars like williams while when fresh out of the pits with cold brakes what you said is still applying, at least it should but somehow brakes sometimes get up to 250° with 70° tyre blankets..

    @A40lbLobster Related topic. If you’re solely racing Ai. Ai always keep their tyres at optimal temperatures. To avoid being handicapped by this especially on tracks where tyre temps are hard to manage and you lose a couple of seconds a lap to the Ai. Switch tyre temps to surface only. If you do that it makes the whole pit thing irrelevant anyway.

    @Blackbird90 Do you recommend the same thing for the “Unsafe Pit Release”? Keep it ON for the league races so there is no ghosting in the pit lane?

    I'd keep it OFF since it completely removes the unpredictability that happens when lots of cars pit and certain cars can be held up in the pits for an inappropriately long. It's a game after all, we don't need to police safety in the pits.)
