@DRudd13I had the same thought, completely unrealistic to be expected to boost these team principals by 1000 points. This just renders them completely useless.

@Euphonic88  Considering that Christian Horner from the compendium thingy is at the "correct" level when obtained, this feels like an oversight or mistake that it doesn't scale with the players current tech level.
