1) Make sure your T128 wheel is up to date with the latest firmware version = V5.04: https://support.thrustmaster.com/en/product/t128x-en/
2) Make sure that your games are not set in QUICK RESUME MODE (because this mode is made only for gamepad controllers and brings some issues with Steering Wheels). To check this point, it’s explain here: https://ts.thrustmaster.com/faqs/eng/FAQ_About_Quick_Resume_Xbox.pdf
