@EA_Barry @EA_rephii I officially give up, I have now been juggled between 9+ different representatives telling me to "fill out a form" which I already used to create the initial ticket via, or to "join a chat", they refuse to review the image and video files that I provide, and they also create new tickets as soon as I reply to their emails and completely ignoring the report/ticket.
This is a complete and utter waste of time. I guess EA thinks it is okay to cheat, disrupt, grief and do other anti-social things in F1 23 without any risk of repercussions as it isn't possible to properly report other players. Considering the inaction when attempting to report via a ticket or even attempting to contact the support in the first place.
I had expected more, especially since there's not even an anti-cheat implemented at the moment.
It's clear that the certain support center that's located in the eastern part of the world does not seem to be able to do anything else than responding with pre-manufactured template answers and not being the slightest interest of resolving anything. Nor are they able to use or utilize the Salesforce CMS properly.
Either that or there's no human representatives and it's all bots. Absolutely pathetic regardless.
This is so incredibly frustrating, and I guess I would have better chance of getting this dealt with by making and publishing a compilation of the infringement of the griefers as that type of publicity seem to be taken seriously.
