If I was at back off grid I’d use fastest strategy which would probably be soft/medium and pit on lap that gets optimal performance from both tyres.
For me, the most common strategy in Ranked (25% races) has been Medium - Soft. I would usually go quite long on the Mediums (in a 13 lap race i would pit on Lap 8) to have a decent tyre offset and therefore tyre advantage at the end to make up ground with the Soft tyre. But you could also pit earlier and try and gain some places with the undercut, that´s down to individual preference.

How about 35% races, still Medium Soft? Or any other more viable strategy, would hard also be viable for 35% or too slow?

I haven't driven too many 35% races, but I've also been leaning towards the Hard tyre in those races. Often I did Hard - Soft, but Hard - Medium is also very decent

For 35% races, I prefer a S-H or H-S. The hard tyres are quite consistent, so I can smash in some fast times on the S, and go a bit longer on the H.
