Still no fix. Got in touch with EA who also couldn’t help and listed the case as ‘no fix’. Read people having the same issue on F1 22 who were waiting 4/5 months for a fix.

- @Zeus10710 The instructions that I was given by ea were for me to sit and wait for an email that I may or may not get from support. Their words were ‘we cannot guarantee a response to your issue’. Looks like we’re stuck with this one.
