You can add challenge by trying to drive faster, driving around without pushing the limits of the car will feel easy, but push the car to 'your' limit and you can easily spin.
There was certianly nothing realistic about the insane Torque of F122.
And as a additional note, Anthony Davidson was involved in the development of the handling, often real driver input needs to be taken with a pinch of salt, but Anthony Davidson is well known for his excellent sim work and high quality feedback for real F1 teams, so i would be confident that the F1 23 car is far closer to the real thing in terms of traction than F1 22.
