@jamesjuve86The AI's behavior this year seems to be the weakest compared to the past three years. Whenever they approach an overtaking opportunity, they would hesitate, brake prematurely, then came to almost a halt just to back off, almost as if they are grappling with an existential crisis brought on by all the so-called "overly-aggressive complaints" from previous year. This new characteristic has rendered them frustratingly sluggish when navigating through traffic.
In the past they were already quite dumb on the first lap, often getting caught in groups of cars despite numerous chances to overtake. However, their current form takes their perplexing behavior to an entirely new level of incompetence.
F1 22's Ai were by no means realistic, but at the very least it was fun because they put up a fight. This year? They are nor realistic or fun to race against.
Give me back F1 22's Ai for the love of god 🤦♂️
Driving wise, it's definitely the easiest compare to the last three years, especially in highspeed chicanes for pad-users.
This year I find it laughable and even feel a little guilty how easy it is to bully them. It’s clearly their corner they are on top off the apex… and I come along and just squeeze myself down the inside off them and push them off it. “Don’t mind me” 👍
- Meza9943 years agoSeasoned Ace@ScarDuck14 Thats what happens when the devs listen to those people complaining about "AI racing them too hard/leaving no space" while many of them divebomb the living hell out of the AI😂
- ScarDuck143 years agoLegend@Meza994 Loudest voice on it and the most ridiculous dive bomber is Alex Gillon who like to drop he talks to Codemasters. And in this game he keeps says the Ai are so much better. I fear he had some influence
- Meza9943 years agoSeasoned Ace@ScarDuck14 Its not only him, soo many youtubers have whined about it and divebombed stupidly
