More I play this game and FIFA it's in the game. Too easy for me. I made a race at Silverstone without flashbacks while in f1 22 and previous titles was impossible for me to complete a race without flashbacks.

I have about 8 hours in now and for me, I do find it easier to put the power down but I can’t just stomp the throttle all the time. If I haven’t straightened the car out and I’m to eager on the throttle, I can still lose control. Easier to catch this year but not 100% of the time for me. I play no assists and still have to be mindful of the gear and my car before I just floor it. I do love the handling and it’s really rewarding when you get it right but I wouldn’t say I am a million times better now due to the handling model change. I just think it’s more fair but you can still get burned when you try to bite off more than you can chew.
Just my 2 cents.
Cheers

You shouldn’t use flashback is not realistic how can you say it’s too easy not realistic because I didn’t have to use flashback??? It makes no sense

@jamesjuve86Since Pekish already touched on it I might as well close this loop.
What I was trying to hint at with the AI thing is that being able to lap around without exceeding track limits or needing to use flashbacks doesn't mean the game is easy. Anyone should be able to lap with no incidents if they drive slow enough. Obviously not saying that's your case, just making a point here.
In more ways than one, it's like what you sometimes hear in the racing scene. If your car isn't understeering or oversteering, then you're probably driving too slowly.
P1 on a low skilled field may complete a race with zero incidents and off tracks just like P1 in a high level esports race. Their laptimes will most definitely be multiple seconds apart.
If it still takes hours and hours of practice to shave tenths of your laptime just to be on the vicinity of a world record, how can one say that the handling makes the game easy?
It's not about the number of flashbacks or incidents. It's about the skill spread among the player base.
Even more so considering that F1 22 was the odd one, with a traction model that was admittedly off the mark.
