This seems to happen on PC as well. And my brother has a T248 and he has the same issue.

I already did a couple of times, but it still happends
I have updated my firmware for the T300RS to the latest version (V34) and is still going numb after 5-10 laps of a grand prix/time trial.
Do those having the issue have the fan set to be on constantly? This is advisable. Hot weather may also be a factor depending where you live. FFB does fade if the wheel gets too hot.
I haven't noticed an issue using a T300 with PS5 myself for what it's worth.

On the T300 with F1 23 you should Turn On the "Forced" Cooling Mode.
Explanations:
On F1 23, with the T300 & the TX, the power of the Force Feedback effects automatically decreases (to protect the motor of the wheel) more quickly than on F1 22.This is because, on this new edition, the Force Feedback is stronger than on F1 22, with lot of more spring effects, and so the wheel is hot much faster and reaches a much higher temperature level.

Will also affect strongly the FFB fade:
- The hot weather of the room where you play
- The weight of the wheel rim you are using. Quick example: TM OPEN WHEEL (the weight in only 0,8Kg) - SF1000 WHEEL (the weight is upper 1,2Kg)
