Totally crazy physics

the more tracks arrive to be done for the championship, the more you see a totally messed up physics after using that the curbs are untouchable and whatever changes you make to the setup everything always seems to be sent... now Mexico but are you sure it's not the WRC physics for snow? Does it slip? everywhere but do you try the slopes. Are the heights useless? Do you give me the S's so you can do full speed and the slow ones which is ice, any modesty you do? Or why are you playing the game for those who use aids? Absurd

PS5 elite console guide...we can't lower the fps by changing the physics like PC

  • @Nellix82 I know you want the F1 series to be an ultra realistic simulation of formula 1, but it’s not, and it’s never going to be, it’s meant to be consumed by the masses so sacrifices are made.

your going to have to learn to deal with this, making a new post every week complaining about basically the same thing week after week isn’t  going to change anything.

@TheRagebeard my friend, I write this often because the experts never reply....even in the setup section there is never a response so one gets angry and writes here.....does a guideline on setups, assuming they know it, exist for elite drivers? I'm not looking for a simulation, maybe there was an official F1 game but only they have the license, at least they give us answers....the cartoons explaining the setups as well as always being the same say everything and say nothing

@Nellix82 Who are the "experts" you are hoping to hear replies from? I know Mariohomoh used to geek out about the whole setup thing, but I think he kind of gave up and moved on because he realized how basic the engine was. Which leads me to the primary point I've been trying to make to you in our conversations. The game uses a fairly basic engine, it's not calculating how much fuel your burning every second and adjusting some weight coefficient to determine your new handling modifier.

Yes, there are probably break points where things get recalculated like 80% fuel 60% etc. just as tyre wear seems to have break points where you hit a cliff, but the game isn't dynamically recalculating every aspect of your car on the fly. The series was built with the average gamer in mind so they could pick up and play without having the spend hours tuning their car just to keep up with Logan and the Alpines while they themselves are driving a Red Bull.
