@Ultrasonic_77 Nope I've done like 5 or 6 races with legendary vehicle parts and I've checked there and nothing.
I don't think the parts you're using is relevant. It may just be that you need to race more before the goal will appear.
What tech level are you out of interest? The max is 1000 I believe so this will be some sort of guide as to how far through you are.

- @Ultrasonic_77 I’ve read this before and nothing changes I’ve raced multiple times with goals unlocked and a rare upgrade part still nothing.
