@Ultrasonic_77 I’ve read this before and nothing changes I’ve raced multiple times with goals unlocked and a rare upgrade part still nothing.
I've just unlocked this myself without issues and it clearly should have for you by now. I had exactly one rare part equiped when it worked for me in case this was relevent. Do you happen to generally not close the game and leave your console in rest mode? It might be worth trying closing the game (via Options button over game icon on PS5 home screen) and then restarting it if you do. Sometimes this does fix this type of thing.
