There are hundreds of people in the league, so it is divided into several tiers, but only a few people per tier participate in the actual race.
There are even tiers that can't even start because only one player is participating.
suggestions:
1. It is necessary to configure tiers only with actually active users, such as those with recent access records.
2. It would be nice to have a function to ban certain users (inactive) by the administrator. (Includes search function in member list)
3. If possible, I want administrators to be able to move drivers between tiers.
