@Hansenhaus I do not believe that this is related. This bug report is regarding the high GPU utilization in the menus.
If you have an Nvidia GPU you might want to check if you have Nvidia Reflex set to "On+Boost", if that's the case, set it to either "Off" or "On" as the option "On+Boost" seems to be bugged at the moment.

@dotazured Thanks for the tip. I disabled reflex and it worked! Menus have a consistent frame rate throughout the session now.
