Wheel won't work on f1 23, stuck on press a to assign controller

Summarize your bug I connected my wheel to the Xbox and hopped on f1 23 but it won't let me get pass the press menu button screen. I tried pressing random buttons on both the controller and wheel but it still wouldn't react. I also tried plugging in the wheel to the xbox while on a session but it would then take me to the press a button screen, despite both the wheel and controller being connected to the Xbox no button would still work, i have a pxn v10 and it works well on other games such as Forza motorsport and f1 22.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Well I mean I others have the same issue I don't know what else to say ig.
What happens when the bug occurs? Both the wheel and controller are connected to the Xbox and work fine but won't work at all while on f1 23.

It is as simple as the wheel is not officially supported. You may have to use the XB Controller preset and remap it. Try the iOS/Android app?
But as the wheel claims to have PS3/PS4 and XB/XB Series as well as PC support without drivers, there may not be a good way for it to work. Contact PXN.
It is not sufficient to simply claim the wheel worked well with F1 22 (it may have). But the listed requirement is not met (a wheel on the supported list).
