For years now we have been able to have the safety car in 25% races why is it now unavailable?
@EA_rephii Why have AI been removed from leagues, now leagues with smaller number of players cannot fill the grid out with AI
Also there is no option for rain in time trial it has also been removed
I am curious about this too. Started a career today and noticed that we can't have safety cars and red flags in 25% races. Why is that? I don't think it's normal.
Came here to post the same thing. The Formation Lap and Red Flags are also disabled at 25%. Considering these are new features advertised for use, it seems a bit of a nonsense to block their usage for us players that have always played at 25%.

There's an interview with Lee Mather somewhere today where he said a fix for the red flag issue will likely be in the first patch (not that we know when this will be). So hopefully red flags not being an option for 25% races may become worthwhile talking about then.

I'm honestly not usually a doom and gloomer but at this point, it would be easier to just make a list of the few things tjag are working.
When you have entire swaths of users as well as game modes that are quite literally unplayable, that's just a huge release day fail on the part of EA.
And the worst part, these issue seem to be brand new info to EA, and they have zero updates that can be provided. This is stuff that is so critical that you should be on top of and have a plan and an ETA reported to your customer base in place before they even start asking the questions, but that's not the case here.
