Wrong Bills to My Card

Here are the cronologies

I bought ea play monthly subscription to my account. Price Should be 66.600,00 rupiah, or about 4,24 USD. I dont know how, the bill that got into my card from EA is 6.660.000 Rupiah (about 419,83 USD) or 100 time over! (same number but very different ammount, notice the ,)

so i applied a complain to my bank. my bank said, its wrong input by the vendor and i should ask a cancellation. So i contacted ea help and after few minutes, my subs got cancelled. So i called the Bank again. Sadly, the bank said the refund is only 66.600,00 rupiah, or about 4,24 USD!!

so here i am again, maybe i can get another help? T_T
