I really hate to keep being so negative and complaining…. And I appreciate that after 2 months they’ve finally added to the 3 helmets in the store…But who is going to pay 7,500 pit coin for one?Is that a typo, or is that for real? One of the biggest complaints was that there isn’t enough to buy with our 18,000 pit coin. It seems rather than give us more items, they’ve just jacked the price up to a ridiculous amount so we spend all our pitcoin faster on fewer items….Season 2 of Podium Pass has followed Season 1 in locking helmets and liveries behind the paid VIP tier, and even then, you get 1 helmet at level 1, and have to grind the game like crazy to unlock the 2nd helmet and livery at level 47-50……That is not reasonable. It’s not value and it’s not listening to or addressing one of the biggest complaints with the game. Are you happy to pay 7,500 pitcoin for a helmet? Are you happy with the Podium Pass Season 2 rewards?

It's pretty sad to see what's become of the livery, suits and helmets situation in F1 24. Two new liveries come with season 2 to bring the total to 5 now. Yay? And they each cost around 5000 points if I remember correctly, and neither one of them even resembles something that looks like an F1 car's livery. It's an absolute embarrassment and a slap in the face to your customers and fans that want to play My Team mode. You may as well just remove the mode since we have almost no liveries to choose from.Pretty sure there was tons of feedback after release complaining about this including a really long thread here. Good to know feedback is being considered especially when we got yet another massacre to handling for controller players in v1.7 which nobody wanted, or likes at this point either. Not sure what's going on here but it's pretty sad to see. I know I won't be buying either of those hideous liveries and at this rate I really see no reason to buy F1 25 either. There's no value here for the consumer unless you wait 5 months and pay even more cash.

@ScarDuck14 I hope that's not the actual reason and not a typo, this is such a disgusting practice and I don't normally say this, but I want all post monetisation gone from my games or I go back to my PS1 and 2 and play those games, at least playing those games through gives me something in return! Christ, I can't stand modern gaming industry practices sometimes

@ScarDuck14 If you wanted the ‘Clockwork’ set to use in My Team, it would cost you 16,600 pit coin for the helmet, suit, gloves and livery….
To get 16,600 pitcoin would cost you £16.99 in the DLC & PitCoin menu…. That’s more than most games charge for entire DLC packs.

@SDGMatt It’s as though they waited to see how sales of the game went before adding and pricing cosmetics. So they didn’t under charge us🙄 Now Sales have tanked they have priced accordingly and jacked up the price in a futile effort to meet their financial target. No one is going to spend that much on a Helmet. I’m in a fortunate position financially. So can easily afford them.. But I’m not stupid.

It's just horrible!
Cosmetics in F1 Mobile, helmets just unrealistic. We are in 2024 and we find ourselves with content that is even blander and poorer than in 2010,2011..
Even F1 Manager managed to integrate a livery editor, no, but can you believe that!? It's catastrophic, there's not even a need to defend the developers who take care of the content this time.

If that's a mistake, I hope it gets fixed pronto. If that's legit, it's absolutely disgusting. Who in their right mind would even buy this? It only makes everyone involved incredibly greedy.

It genuinely irritates me and makes me regret buying this game. EA doesn't care about the players, just their wallets.

It's now so abundantly clear that they care not one iotta for their loyal customers and are only interested in increasing profit.
The entire game is a complete and utter shambles and not worth 90 pence at this rate, never mind £90!
