In this new 7th October update there is nothing changed, bumps still, drs trains still. What are you even doing?

Surely we are entitled to some form of compensation?
This is months after paying top dollar for a faulty product.

This isn't the answer as we know that 99% of us would not be eligible for a refund.
All we are asking is that EA/CM fix the product that we were sold.
The last patch broke the game, any other developer would have a hotfix out straight away.
Please just confirm if you have given up on developing/fixing this game so we can at least move on?
