Always long pit stops

Thanks for the quick answer, that's what I thought at first as well, but looking at my specialists, none of them actually give anything relevant. So am I forced to play seasons with bad pit stops until my facilities get improved?

Or maybe my pit crew isn't really ready when I arrive? I just realized there's a button for "manual pit stop", maybe that's the key? I haven't had time to check it out yet, but maybe I need to press it before entering the pits? And then they'll be ready? Can anyone give me an explanation about what this button is for?

Thanks for the tip! I don't know how I missed that. Will try for sure! (Although having a problem with a wheel EVERY time, even if pressed correctly doesn't sound too encouraging...)

Edit: Ok, finally had the chance to try it. "Manual pit stop" is indeed the button you have to press at the right time, and for me, it worked fine: 2.5 sec pit stop!  😎

I have it on broadcast mode to not have 2 do anything & I’ve had an issue w/ every single pit stop n the 6 races I’ve done so far. 

Im having the same issue.  I have 3 careers and every pit stop on each of them is at least 4.2 even if i hit all the marks
