Any Tips to get better race starts

I am making this appeal because I can't seem to get good launches off the line and keep getting swallowed by the AI, I use no TC now, so I'm probably just wheelspinning and losing momentum, is there any way to get better launches and maintain the drive to stop being gobbled up?

    I would experiment with the amount of revs you are using. I use 10,500 but some people go upto 11,500. Also tyre warm up is crucial if you are using formation lap too
