Career mode AI difficulty all over the place

I know it might have been mentioned before but I just wanted to highlight how much the AI difficulty in career mode is all over the shop.

I normally use the AI calculator from F1 laps to calculate my difficulty. For Silverstone it said I should run at 107, I did that and was 5 tenths slower than Norris my teammate.

In spa, I used the AI calculator again and it said I was difficulty 109. I tested this in grand prix mode 1 lap Qualy, I was 19th on equal performance and 6 tenths off and so dropped it to 103 and was fine. I then went back to career and did my qualifying session, I was then 7 tenths FASTER than my teammate on 103. I mean EA and codemasters, I shouldn't be having to calculate the difficulty before racing. It needs to be a set number for every track, this variation is just ridiculous and insane. To go from 1 race being 102 and then the next 108/109, come onnnn.

And by the way it's nothing to do with tyre temps, I only run surface only.

@Darthsausage44 The problem in temperatures is in the interchangeable conditions. In a dry track, if it starts raining, that period that you have the dry tires till you go to the inters or wets, you will get a temperature drop, which is normal. However the AI don't, and you will struggle around the track, while they have the tires in the right window just like the track was normally dry. Same applies to the wet to dry but with the rise of the inter or wet temps. That's why I say it's really hard to compete with the AI in this conditions.
