not possible to have the number 1 as champion? just became champion in career mode and was not asked if i want to change to #1 like in previous games, was a nice to have feature

Good morning.I'm starting the second season in F1 24 having won the WDC in the first one and the number displayed in the car is not the number one. Instead, it's the number I chose at the beginning of my career, number 99. So I wanted to know if that's a bug/technical problem or a mistake I made. If I made a mistake, is there anything (except starting a new career) that I can do to have that number one? Thank you for reading.

F124 CAREER MODE CANT CHANGE NUMBER TO 1 AFTER WINNING CHAMPIONSHIP. Unlike previous years,after winning the championship,before starting the next/new season,it asks if I want to change number to 1. Not only is this not there anymore but, I can't change it all. Ever. No one uses 1 after beating Verstappen in 2024.Also,way are there so little helmets?? Last year there were like 40. There are 6 in total. And will we ever be able to customize them like the actual drivers helmets? Visor colors,sponsors on helmets,names and numbers on them,etc??

If EA isn't going to finish making their own games, at least give the community tools to finish making it for you. I'm sure there are thousands of people on the internet who would be able to make a mod to resolve this issue.
I only play career mode. I could wait and buy 25, but whats the point when I'm not guaranteed the game will be finished when I get it. Man I wish every time anyone at EA gets a coffee they just give y'all whole coffee beans in a cup of water and say its not a bug worth fixing.

It's November and a feature that was in past F1 games is still seemingly removed. I don't understand at all, how are we still working on making a number available? It's such a small QOL change.

Curiously it was not in MyTeam after I won my first title, only after I won my second. The game has some bizarre issues.

@AEF251 Yeah, I'm aware for whatever reason it's in MyTeam but not Driver career—only the mode they hyped for being revamped and whatever.

@EA_Groguet So I assume the community was lied too? And a feature that has been in the past several F1 games was cut for whatever reason. Very upsetting to a majority of the community who play career.
