I have the same Issue. Do you have a Solution? I have a RTX 4080 and Ryzen 7 5800x3d.
not yet, but i think while the animation isnt smooth, ive noticed that sometimes the in game wheel doesnt match up with my real life wheel for a split second
I believe this could be the problem..
