The Steam codes are faulty. EA are aware and will be mailing new codes, but it involves Steam, so it's not necessarily straightforward.

I haven't even received the email from the console even though I'm registered and all the while many of my friends are...are they still sending or are they stopping here?

Once de Closed Beta boards are open players can go there to report different bugs they might find or share their feedback with us. I will escalate everything to the team.

I think I might have a problem with my playtesting account, since September 2023 I've stopped receiving emails regarding ea playtesting (test possibilities/advertisment/game beta keys) in but I didn't notice this until yesterday when I didn't receive my beta key for F1 24.

It's also worth saying that two weeks ago I didn't even receive a email advertising the existence of the playtest and so I had to register for the beta searching for it through the website, this makes me wonder if there's a chance I might have been picked for the beta but that for whatever reason my account is broken and so I can't receive any ea play test emails.

On the playtesting website there's a tab stating that the F1 24 closed beta playtest is in progress and another one below it stating that my status is pending.
