I think it's clear to see from post-launch updates that absolutely nothing it's being taken onboard.
We have tracks that are literally falling apart, and the best the devs can do is shorten the wheel tethers and adjust pit lane speed limits.
The devs are putting out cutesy patch notes about fixing the AI celebrating too early. Openly admitting that the DRS trains and AI mario kart speed boosts could be fixed. And they are choosing not too.
The only response to the lack of customisation items, is to get the community managers to try and gaslight people.
The changes to car physics and controller handling, are seemingly done out of spite to deliberate annoy customers.

I hope the criticism actually works and things improve. They need to realise that releasing a game with the glaring game breaking issues with much less content than before just is not acceptable.
Someone said wait till season 3, which is 18 days away as I type this. I think there better be a plethora of nice cheap items in the store that day or the pitchforks and torches might come out. I’d hate to disappoint at this stage.
