I hope the criticism actually works and things improve. They need to realise that releasing a game with the glaring game breaking issues with much less content than before just is not acceptable.
Someone said wait till season 3, which is 18 days away as I type this. I think there better be a plethora of nice cheap items in the store that day or the pitchforks and torches might come out. I’d hate to disappoint at this stage.

Im going to add my piece here. The content creators are often half the issue. Yes their channels are based around the game and yes they want it to be successful but when they overhype the game it leads to them backtracking on themselves before hyping the next release again.
Now yes the handling has been a hot topic but with the team losing the very experienced David Greco and not having that experience to replace him it was likely to happen. Hopefully things will improve for next year.
The lack of customisation doesn’t bother me that much purely because i mostly play driver career.
For me F1 World needs to go and if braking point comes back for F1 25 that needs to be the last.
Challenge career was a good idea but faltered due to a game breaking glitch where you can take engine penalties without dropping on the grid. Yes i did it but only to stay towards the top of the leaderboards
now the changes to driver career were very welcomed for me and i really like it because it adds a lot of variety although i do think sometime it needs to be realistic with transfers
I know that everyone’s feedback (positive and negative)is being passed on to the devs and it is appreciated- IanM2826 months agoSeasoned Ace
I don't follow the content creators that much if at all. But in my opinion they have spoken the truth regarding F124. They just share their opinions on YouTube whilst we share ours here.
The loss of David Greco is huge which is clear to see. And for all the criticism of the handling model in F124, I do understand that such complexities are difficult to get right first time around.
But honestly there are so many things they have got wrong in F124 and it's that to which people are fed up with.
I play a two player career with a friend and we have done so since it's inception in F121. We like to create helmet designs for certain races like they do in real life. It just adds that realism.
For F124, they gave us 3 atrocious helmets and hid the rest of them (well another two or so) behind a pay and grind system for 7500 pit coin.
F124 has taken a massive step backwards and the price on release was £90. The blatant lack of helmets and general lack of customisation, along with absolutely terrible handling and it's clear why folks have had enough. That's a real kick in the face!
I for one applaud the content creators for speaking up and everyone else on this forum too.
Is it fair that £90 buys you this game which clearly doesn't work? Broken handling, broken AI, broken sounds and hardly any customisation and that's just to name a few.
I get that the handling was always going to be difficult after David leaving. But there are so many other calamities.
Quite simply, I hope they have learned a valuable lesson from this. And for once actually listen and action exactly what the fan base has been asking for instead of faffing about with a complete load of ficticus twaddle such as stickers, F1 world and other pointless and meaningless drivel.
