DLSS 4 Transformer Model support

In nvidia profile inspector there's way to enable it globally but i see no difference. In fact there's quite a lot of odd ghosting with dlss 4 on. So either dlss 4 needs some tweaking on the devs side or dlss 4 works badly on f1 24.
