Driver Career AI Drivers Recognition Issue

In my Driver career, I'm in season 4 and have my driver recognition more than 60% which allows me to purchase 'ultimate' upgrades. But somehow, all the AI drivers in other teams have been stuck below 60% since season 3 and now my team's car is overpowered.

Now playing the driver career mode feels useless as there is no competition unless and until the recognition system for the AI drivers is fixed.
