@Darthsausage44 Yeah as driver moves are unrealistic. Which as game doesn’t have to cope with huge amount of player transfers such as FIFA. You wouldn’t think it’s the hardest thing to make better. But as it hasn’t for a couple of years atleast we have asked for manual moves. As that can add a great dynamic to those who like to create stories in their careers. But all we got was the ability to turn off driver moves. Which still wasn’t great. Because drivers would still retire and need to be replaced which could result in multiple drivers transferring to fill empty seatsz so would again result in top drivers in worst teams again.

I am afraid, that CM try to avoid, that we can adjust the driver movements, from real life, because it possibly could mean that some of us don't buy a new game with the correct driver line up...I really would be happy if there was a little system behind it. I mean with drivers and team acclaim it can't be too hard to write a script about realistic driver transfers. For example only drivers with acclaim of 10 or 12+ can drive for Ferrari.
And a driver with acclaim 10+ only choose a team with the same or more amount of acclaim. So no leclerc or verstappen to haas.
The only thing is that this system would avoid a move like kimi raikkönen to sauber, but nevertheless it would still be much more realistic.
