DRS assist off option not working

Hi, I would like to ask a question about the drs assist in F1 24. (I'm not sure it's a bug, that's why I ask it here first, maybe I just missed something really obvious...)

So the thing is: When I start a new driver career with DRS assist turned off, it's always automatic. I can disable it manually, but it always turns on automatically. And if I turn DRS Assist ON, I can't change it at all when driving.

For some reason, this is not the case in My team career, the DRS assist off option worked for me there as it should. Does anyone else have this problem, and can anyone suggest some sort of fix for it maybe? Editing a file, or something?
