This point I think relates to a key factor that seems to be lacking in F1 24 for me. The choice of default setups should make the game very playable to 'casual' players but this doesn't seem to be the case. I have a hunch this is an aspect where David Greco's lack of involvement may be being particularly missed.
My expectation would be that casual players would never adjust setups, just use defaults.
